If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, we will refund the amount as credits to your billing site. These credits never expire and can be used to purchase any server or plan on our platform at any time.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund request must be made within 1 days of the initial purchase
• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
• No excessive resource usage or abuse of our services
• Request must be made through official support channels
• Applies only to the first payment for new customers

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain name registrations and transfers
• SSL certificates and third-party licenses
• Setup fees and migration services
• Dedicated IP addresses
• Custom development work
• Services used beyond the 1-day guarantee period

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

• Extended service outages beyond our control
• Downgrade requests within the guarantee period
• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans (case-by-case basis)
• Service cancellations due to our inability to provide service

5. How to Request a Refund

• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account only
• Credits cannot be converted back to real currency

7. Server Cancellation on Refund

Upon approval of a credit refund request:

• The refunded server will be cancelled and deleted
• All server data and files will be permanently removed
• Credits equivalent to the paid amount will be added to your billing site
• Your account remains active — you can use credits to purchase a new server anytime
• We strongly recommend backing up your server data before requesting a refund

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
• Permanent ban from our services
• Legal action if necessary

9. Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Extended service outages due to technical issues
• Billing errors or system malfunctions
• Fraudulent transactions
• Legal requirements or regulatory compliance
