Soft Host provides Minecraft server hosting services including but not limited to:

  • Minecraft server hosting and management
  • Control panel access via Pterodactyl
  • File management and backup services
  • 24/7 technical support
  • DDoS protection services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm our infrastructure
  • Respect the rights of other users and third parties

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Excessive resource usage that affects other users
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance. We accept various payment methods including PayPal, UPI, and bank transfers. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Data and Backups

We provide automated daily backups, but users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore data when possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary for the protection of our service and users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soft Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
